Seeking a manager and/or interested in long term lease to next generation

We are seeking either an operator/manager for our pastured lamb and sheep operation or to enter into a long term lease with a new generation farmer seeking land for their own eco-farming operation. Farm is 80 acres in total. About 14 acres are fenced for pasture with animal travel lanes, and water pipeline.  27 acres are in hay, 8 acres are wetlands, about 23 is woodland, including hedgerows/shelterbelts, and the remainder is used for buildings, roads, and other. 24 acres for rent in Sawyer, MI.  Has been certified organic in the past and could be recertified this year.  Was a hayfield for the previous 5 years, organic rye 2 years prior to that.  We welcome any farming enterprise not using gmo's or chemical fertilizers.

SOLD Next year, 2020, we are planning to sell the 40 acre farm where we have lived and farmed organically for 45 years.  The 2000 square foot house and buildings are well maintained and in good condition.  There are 3  barns and several smaller buildings.  The farm has wind and solar power.
Presently we are grazing 40 ewes and raising hay.  Most of the pasture hasn’t been plowed in 32 years.  Our mulched garden has organic matter content of 10%, and the pastures are 5 to 6% O.M.  The entire farm is fenced.
We want to sell to someone who will continue to use organic practices and enjoy the place as much as we have.
