I am looking for someone to lease part of my property to grow organic food for profit.
- 5 acres that has not been farmed in over 40 years
- In the process of adding irrigation (shallow well, day tank, and supplemental city water available)
- The acreage was tilled for the first time in November 2022
- Tractors, carts and all the implements are available for use
- The pole barn has an office, internet, and half bath available for tenant use.
