Farm, a regenerative mixed livestock and vegetable farm in SE Michigan is seeking volunteers / collaborators for the 2021 growing season.  Primary responsibilities are assistance with vegetable production and livestock maintenance.  Opportunity to develop your own project if desired.  We are raising guinea hogs, mixed herd of cattle, meat and egg chickens, and heritage turkeys.  Also have a small apiary, sugar bush, and cultivated and wildcrafted medicinal herbs.  Vegetables are produced on a small scale maybe a half acre plus a small hoop house.  This is a volunteer position with farm products and experience as the compensation.  If the helper wants to produce their own vegetables or wildcraft herbs on the farm they are welcome to keep and/or sell whatever they can produce.  We are located near Lake Hudson State Park between Adrian and Hudson, MI.  60 acre farm on a quiet road.  Volunteers are welcome to camp provided they respect the property.  Please contact me at Paddy.mastodonfarm@gmail.com if interested.
