20 acres with a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house near Bangor, MI. Bangor is situated between South Haven, a very popular resort and boating community, and Kalamazoo, a growing college town.  Fennville, a growing center for sustainable farming, is nearby. Detroit, Chicago, Grand Rapids, Holland, Saugatuck, and St. Joseph/Benton Harbor are all accessible markets.
